About the Founders
Matthew Horn is a Co-Founder of ioRefer. As an attorney at a mid-size firm in Chicago that spent years referring matters to other attorneys and staffing his client’s matters, Matthew gained unique insight into the pitfalls and challenges associate with the traditional, off-line version of those processes. He launched ioRefer with the intention of streamlining those processes, ensuring that all client matters are kept in the firm and staffed appropriately without expending significant time and effort making the appropriate connections. Matthew is a frequent speaker and author on various legal topics. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a JD from The John Marshall Law School.
Ryan Caltagirone is a Co-Founder of ioRefer. Ryan has been on the management side in the brokerage, client development, and sales industries for well over a decade, establishing and overseeing sales teams in a number of consumer-driven markets. He helped launch ioRefer a with the intention of overhauling and modernizing the way colleagues at large, multi-location organizations connect with one another. Ryan has served on numerous Leadership and Advisory Boards in the insurance and sales industries. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
